Happy Easter

We had a very nice Easter celebration this year. It actually started last night when I did sing at the Vigil mass at our church. It was a really beautiful mass and the songs were really perfect this year! John and Evan went to church on Sunday morning and before that Evan and Julia went hunting for eggs. The Easter bunny hides them around the house filled with candy and crackers and sometimes some coins! They then went looking for their baskets... Julias was on the dining room chair and Evans in the dryer! We had so much fun watching them search for their eggs. Julia was so excited.

We went to my sisters house for Easter brunch and to celebrate my nephew Christophers 12th birthday. She had a really nice party with a sit down brunch for 20 people. The Bunny and Lamb cake were so sweet.....she is the creative one in the family! The weather was perfect except for a few rain drops....it was nice not having to worry about a heavy coat.
